Welcome back! On behalf of the entire Dining Services Team, we would like to thank you for participating in our on-campus dining programs.

As you’ll see upon entering the Student Center this semester, there have been many changes over the summer.  First, the game room and pub areas have been renovated and a new culinary station – a made-to-order Mongolian Grill – has been constructed.  This station will be available to students on the meal plan as well as to faculty, staff, and other guests.  We’re excited to be able to bring you this state of the art facility and hope that you give it a try!

Harry’s Corner has undergone a bit of a change.

Sandella’s Flatbread Café, a national brand, has taken its place.  Don’t worry – you’ll still be able to grab a late night snack, but the menu has changed.  Stop by and check out the menu, or go online @ Sandellas.com – chock full of Pizza, Quesadillas, Wraps & Panini’s.  There’s also some great new counter seating outside the old pub entrance, as well as new booths, tables & chairs in all of Seasons.

We introduced The Balanced Way meals to Season’s last spring.  We started with your main entrées and pizza.  This semester, we’ve added a Balanced Way deli option that will be part of our daily specials. The Balanced Way deli sandwiches follow the same nutritional guidelines as the entrée meals and offer lower fat spreads, whole grain breads & wraps, lean deli meats and lower fat cheeses.

All of theses changes and improvements have come directly from feedback and suggestions from Student Focus Groups, Food Service Advisory Board, presentations from students in classroom activities, and from the Dining Services website.
