As the General Manager of Campus Dining Services my responsibilities are to oversee the entire scope of Dining Services while obtaining customer feedback in order to implement new programs, products and services. My entire 18 year career has been with Sodexo, mainly in the Healthcare arena, managing up to 350 employees and a 12 million dollar budget. I came to Bentley College in February 2004 to broaden my work experience and to provide leadership to bring the food service programs to new heights. I have a degree in Business Administration. I live in Lynn with my wife Kathleen, 10 year old son Matthew, and a big chocolate Labrador retriever. |

As Production Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the purchasing, preparation, and kitchen staff management for the food services at Seasons Dining. I have worked at Bentley since the Spring of 2005. I hold a degree in Business Administration and have worked for many years in my own restaurant as well as country clubs, catering operations and other fine-dining restaurants. As Operations Manager, I oversee the food service operations on campus. Before coming to Bentley, I have held management positions in the Food/Restaurant industry for many years. I’ve managed at the Museum of Science, Legal Seafoods, Marché, and other national restaurant chains in addition to operating my own restaurants. As executive chef at Bentley College , I direct kitchen operations campus wide for the Lower Café , Express, Café a la cart, Harry's Corner, Seasons Dining, the Dana Center, Faculty Dining Room and Catering Services. I'm very excited to bring new menus and menu items to the various locations across campus. My background provides me with many years of experience in the industry including those at full service restaurants, including my own catering business as well as at a 4 star hotel. |

As Retail Manager I oversee the Lower Café, Einstein’s, Harry’s Corner and the 2 new concepts at the Dana Center, A&W All American Food and Boloco inspired Burritos. I have been in the foodservice industry for over 20 years, with 5 years spent at Texas Christian University with Sodexo. While there I was chosen 1 of 10 people in North America to work for Sodexo at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia. I have also worked in catering, restaurants and resorts.
